Medication History Essentials is an ACPE-accredited course that provides advanced training on medication history for the CPhT. Comprised of 3 separate modules, this program is accredited for 4.0 contact hours of ACPE-accredited continuing education.

•    Identify product quality attributes essential to patient safety

•    Definition of Quality Assurance (QA)

•    List the components of Quality Assurance (QA)

•    Identify the steps to follow HIPPA and protect patient confidentiality

•    Describe techniques to reduce medication errors during the administration of medications at home
